Storage
Climate-controlled space, and a record precise enough that finding a piece a year later is not an archaeology project.

How it works
Everything gets a real location
A building, a rack, a shelf — not a note on a box. Ten dining chairs can sit in two places at once, and the record says which and how many.
Quantities stay honest
Six delivered out of ten does not become a new number. The other four are still yours, still in the record, still findable.
You can look without asking
Your inventory is online with the photographs taken on the day each piece arrived. No email, no spreadsheet, no waiting for someone to be at their desk.
We count it
Cycle counts catch the things paperwork misses — a carton logged as a piece, two crates that turned out to be one commission.
A location is a path, not a note in a box.
Most warehouses treat location as a text field, which works until the person who typed it leaves. We treat it as a building, a rack and a shelf, so a piece is findable by anyone on the team and a quantity can be split across as many places as it actually occupies. It is a small distinction that decides whether a mirror can be found on the morning it is needed.

Questions we get
How long can you hold something?
As long as the project needs. Storage on a residential project routinely runs six to eighteen months while the build catches up; that is the normal case, not an exception.
Can I see what you are holding for me?
Yes — that is the part clients tell us matters most. Every piece is in your portal with its project, its quantity, its condition and the photographs from the day it arrived.
Is everything climate controlled?
Main Warehouse and Unit 8 are. Unit 7 is unheated overflow and WL 200 is a yard for oversized crates. We put pieces where they belong and the record tells you which.
Can you hold things for more than one project at once?
Yes, and they stay separated by project throughout — that is how the inventory is organised, because it is how you brief the work.
Tell us what is coming
Lead times, crate sizes, install dates. The earlier we know, the less of it you have to think about.
