One chain, four links

We are not four services you can buy separately. A piece we did not receive is a piece we cannot vouch for, and a piece we did not store is one we cannot promise to find. The value is in the handover between the steps, which is exactly where most projects lose things.

What actually happens to a piece

From the loading dock to the room, in the order it happens.

  1. Receive

We take the delivery and sign for it, usually subject to inspection.

  2. Inspect & photograph

Opened within a day or two. Item and packaging both photographed.

  3. Protect & store

Repacked, given a real location, and put into your online inventory.

  4. Manage

Counted, moved, and kept honest while the build catches up.

  5. Deliver

Picked, loaded, and signed for — including the part that came back.

  6. Install

Placed, assembled, levelled, and the packaging taken away.

The expensive failures in this business are never dramatic. They are a mirror nobody can find and an install date that moves.

How we think about the job

Tell us what is coming

Lead times, crate sizes, install dates. The earlier we know, the less of it you have to think about.
