Delivery

One crew, one schedule, and a signature for what actually got placed — not for what was on the list.

How it works

  1. A load list is prepared

What is going, from which project, for which date. It is built from your inventory, so it cannot ask for something that is not there.

  2. The crew picks it

Piece by piece, from the locations on the list. If something cannot be found, it is reported and the rest still goes — one missing mirror has never been a reason to cancel a delivery.

  3. The truck is chosen for the load

By volume, by size, by whether a liftgate is needed. Sometimes that is one van and sometimes it is two trucks, which is why we do not pretend a delivery is a vehicle.

  4. You sign for what was placed

Partial deliveries are normal — a floor that is not finished, a room that is not ready. What does not get placed comes back to us and goes back on a shelf, with a location, the same afternoon.

A partial delivery is a delivery.

Sites are not ready on the day the schedule says they are. So four of six chairs get placed and two come back, and the record has to survive that honestly: six loaded, four delivered, two returned, two on a shelf again. A system that overwrites the number instead of recording the movement is a system that will lose two chairs, and it will lose them quietly.

Questions we get

Can you deliver part of an order?

Routinely. Tell us what the site can take and we will load that; the rest stays in storage and keeps its place in the record.

What if the site is not ready when we arrive?

What cannot be placed comes back with the crew and is put away again the same day. You are not charged for a delivery that could not happen, and nothing gets left in a garage.

How much notice do you need?

A week is comfortable for a full house. A single piece is often possible sooner. The constraint is usually the crew and the truck, not the warehouse.

Do you deliver outside Colorado?

Our own crews cover the Front Range and the mountain towns. Further than that we arrange a carrier, and we crate it properly first.

Lead times, crate sizes, install dates. The earlier we know, the less of it you have to think about.
